Why we started
We knew the tools. We knew the gaps.
Our team has worked across IT services, networking, engineering and physical security. We watched teams design a system in one tool, document it in another, then rediscover the same devices just to start monitoring them.
When something failed, finding the cause meant piecing together cameras, VMS, switches and separate support tools.
We started eyeOT to keep that context connected, so the people responsible for these systems spend less time searching and more time fixing.
